Interior Architecture
Built to be
lived in slowly.
The interior was reworked in 2022 by a Milanese studio, who stripped the developer specification back to the slab and rebuilt it in three tones of near-black. Ceilings were dropped only where services required it, leaving 3.6 metres of height across the salon.
Lighting is entirely indirect. There is no downlight in the principal rooms; the scheme runs on concealed coves, wall washers and a small number of fixed picture lights, so that the glazing reflects almost nothing after dark.
