The developer shell was reconfigured before completion: two internal walls were removed to make a single reception, and the terrace threshold was dropped flush so that the glazing reads as a line rather than a step.
Finishes are quiet — micro-cement floors, plaster ceilings, oak joinery — with the only strong material being the pale stone that wraps the kitchen island and continues onto the terrace as a bench.
